Welcome to NoteBuddy. By using this app, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using NoteBuddy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
NoteBuddy is a piano practice companion app that provides score following, practice tracking, and music learning features. The App may include free and premium (paid) features.
3. User Accounts
You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Premium features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload (e.g., music scores, recordings). By uploading content, you grant NoteBuddy a license to store and process it for providing the service. You must not upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to: reverse engineering the App, using the App for unauthorized commercial purposes, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded content), is the property of NoteBuddy and is protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoteBuddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
